You may not receive treatments if you are pregnant (or think you may be), nursing, undergoing fertility treatments, or preparing to undergo fertility treatments.

If you are under the age of 18: Minors are not eligible to receive any type of service with Sculpted Body Bar. Trust the process and remember that you are already PERFECT!

Please notify us if you have any medical conditions or history such as heart disease, thyroid disorder, diabetes, cancer, skin disease, or anything else that we may need to be aware of.

The practice of medicine is not an exact science and no guarantees can be made concerning the results of such procedures; therefore, there will be NO refunds for any treatments received.

Please be advised of our 24 hour Cancellation/No-Show policy; if your appointment is canceled less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, 50% of your booked services will be automatically charged to the pre-authorized card provided in your file.
